“And the LORD answered me, and said, write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.” – Habakkuk 2:2-4
Fear stops many of us from moving into God’s best for our lives. To counteract this feeling, I would suggest that you pray to your Heavenly Father, and listen for His instructions. This will get you to focus on your future in Him. If you are still worrying about what will happen to you, if you leave your local church, don’t worry! Fear not, Only Believe! God will show you your next move. Trust and Believe in Him. He will tell you where to go, who to be with at this time in your life, and so on.
Let’s read Habakkuk Chapter 2 again, verse by verse, and see what you must do to help your circumstance?
Verse 2 – And the LORD answered me, and said, write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that reads it.
After praying, be still and listen. He will give you the words to write from your heart, form a vision, like Habakkuk, to write down, or give your next step through someone. Just be ready to receive, no matter how He gives it to you. Write the vision clearly enough to be read at a glance.
Verse 3 – For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Believe what you received from the Lord. Make a decision to not doubt, and trust what He said is good for your future. It may take a few days, weeks, months, or years, but wait for it until it happen! God’s word will not return until him void. It may take a long time, but keep on waiting—don’t go weary in doing well.
Verse 4 – Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
The Lord will refuse a proud spirit, but will give grace for the humble in heart. Please be patience and rest in His word. Only those who have faithful prayers will be acceptable to God, those who walk their lives out by faith. This is what pleases Him – your Faith!
Pray, Believe, and Do What God Said to Do, Without Hesitation!
Do you know that delay obedience is Fear? The General Epistle of James said in Chapter 1 verses 5-7, “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that gives to all men liberally, and upbraids not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in FAITH, nothing wavering…For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord.”
Make –up Your Mind: Do you believe God or not?
Those who trust in God, he or she will receive the good of the land. Will you be the first to step out in faith believing that he will show you your set place on this earth? Write Your Vision Down, and then Walk it Out by Faith. If you stay in your comfort zone of the institutional church, you will never trust God on your own.
