Pray to God

“In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Until you find out what God has for you to do, you must daily pray for direction, and give Him your best praise. This is guaranteed to get God’s attention, and He will see about your circumstances through your worship. Also, it will help you to focus on your inward witness – the Holy Spirit. He will guide you to all truth – for your life and your family. Give thanks and Praise!

Do not make a decision to leave the church without the counseling you need from the Holy Spirit of God through your prayers?

“The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availed much.” – James 5:16 b

The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working – to heal, to deliver, and to set things free – Amen! Ask the Father for spiritual direction. But first, make sure that your walk with Him is right. Do you have any unconfessed sins, or anything that may grieve the Holy Spirit? Tell God all about it. He is faithful to get you into right standing with Him again, if you ask for forgiveness. After expressing your need, be still and listen for His instructions. Do this each day until you hear from Him! Write down what He tells you to do, and be sure to do everything He shows you. Obedience is important.

Do not cry out for more of God’s glory, if you are not willing to do what He is calling for you. Let us follow Jesus example when He said in John 5:19, “…Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he see the Father do: for what things whatsoever he does, these also does the Son likewise.” In other words, only do what God tells you to do – that’s it! No more or No less.

Heavenly Father,
I praise your Holy name, and give You glory and honor for your love and faithfulness to me. You said in Your words that I could ask for anything in Jesus’ name, you will hear me. So, I’m asking for help and direction for my life, by acknowledging you before I leave my local church to follow the Good Shepherd of the sheep-fold. This is my desire to seek your Kingdom in all righteousness, and to have fellowship with like-minded people who worship You according to your word in the Book of Acts. Please grant me the knowledge of your will in my coming and going on this earth, so that I may please You.

Thank You Lord God for My Set Place in You! Let Your will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven. Let Your love and mercy endure forever. I praise your awesome and marvelous name. I praise you for my new beginning in Your perfect will for myself and family. Hallelujah! Glory Lord.
